How it works

Step 1: Refer someone
If you know someone looking for property management, please send us their details (with their permission) via email at info@dresidential.com.au, or feel free to contact us via text or direct message.

Step 2: They become a client
If your referral signs a management agreement with us, you will receive a $250 universal gift card as a token of our appreciation.

Who can refer someone?
Anyone over the age of 18 residing in Australia. You do not need to be a current client, but you must have permission to share the referral’s details.

Who can I refer?
You can refer friends, family, colleagues or acquaintances who are not already clients of D Residential Group and are not currently on our database.

When do I receive the $250 reward?
The reward will be issued once the referral has signed a management authority with D Residential Group.

Does the person I refer receive a reward?
No. Only the referrer is eligible to receive the reward.

Can I exchange the reward for cash?
No. Rewards are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
