STEPS

  1. Recommend & submit details: If you know anyone interested in property management services, recommend D Residential to them and submit their details to us via email. (info@dresidential.com.au)
  2. They meet with us: They will meet with a D Residential Group property manager, and you'll be sent a $50 universal gift card from us to say thank you.
  3. They work with us: If they proceed with our property management services, both you and your referral will receive an exclusive gift from us.

FAQ + T&Cs

  1. What is the D Residential Group Premier Referral program?: The Premier Referral Program is D Residential Group’s referral program. The program encourages our clients to refer our services to family, friends or individuals seeking property management services. D Residential Group provides rewards as a way of showing our appreciation for the referral. Our program also thanks the Referral Lead by providing them with an exclusive gift when becoming a client of D Residential Group.
  2. Who is a Referrer?: A D Residential client and/or any individual who voluntarily participates in the Referral Program by referring a Referral Lead.
  3. Who is a Referral Lead?: An individual who is not an existing D Residential client and not on the D Residential database and who:
    • Has given their approval to be referred and whom the Referrer has referred through this program; and
    • Who provides details of their Referrer to D Residential Group in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  4. How do I refer?: Send us a DM, email or text us with their contact details.
  5. Who can I refer?:
    • Any individual is eligible to refer family/friends/colleagues providing you have their consent first.
    • Those over 18 years of age.
    • Those not on D Residential Group’s database prior to the Referral.
    • This program is limited to Australian residents only.
  6. Are there any costs?: No, there is no cost to participate in the Rewards Program.
  7. Are there any conditions on earning rewards?
    • Do I receive a reward when my friend or family member meets with D Residential Group for a free consultation?: Yes, provided they qualify as a Referral Lead and meets face-to-face with a D Residential Group property manager. D Residential will send you (the Referrer) a $50 universal gift voucher. The $50 universal gift voucher is for Referrers only and will not be rewarded to Referral Leads. This reward is irrespective of whether or not the Referral Lead proceeds with a D Residential property management service.
    • If my referral becomes a client of D Residential, do we each receive a gift?: Absolutely! If they become a client, you will each receive a luxury gift valued up to $100.
    • When will I receive my rewards?: The $50 universal gift voucher will be issued to the Referrer once your referral has been qualified and met with us face-to-face. The referral reward will be issued once a management authority has been signed.
    • Do referrals expire? Yes, the referral will expire after 6 (six) months after the Referral Lead meets with us.
    • Can I exchange the rewards?: Rewards are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
